Reservations are required for tours.

We have many customers visiting us on weekdays and weekends, and we are completely full all day. We are often unable to accommodate customers without a reservation, which we apologize for the inconvenience. Please make a reservation on this website or by phone.

We reserve two hours for each group. As long as time permits, our coordinator will help you try on the items and give you a tour.

■Dress size

We mainly stock sizes 5 to 11. If you would like a size 11 or larger, please let us know when you make your reservation so we can make a smooth suggestion.

Damage, dirt, loss

Basic cleaning is provided as a service. However, if damage, dirt, or loss beyond the scope of the reasonable limit is clearly caused by the customer, we may charge you for the repair fee or the cost of purchasing a new item.
